The sunprayer origins in the Indian yoga tradition and is mostly used as warm-up. It serves the flexibilization of the spine and provides the flow of the vital energy.
At the start of the exercise the hands are folded in front of the heart.
The exercise should be performed with devotion to the flow of breath and movement.
Every move should be executed stressing the borders of strechability of sinews and muscles without hurting.
The cycle can be repeated as often as you want.
